We loved the hotel's location as it was very convenient, being close to the bus station and a large avenue with plenty of food options. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a nice pool and clean grounds. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great addition to our stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of this hotel complex. It was just a short walk from the bus station and a large supermarket. I also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, as the hotel was nestled among lush mango trees and colorful birds. the highlight of the hotel was definitely its refreshing swimming pool, which provided relief from the scorching Tuxtla Gutierrez heat.
the hotel seemed to attract a lot of families, which led to some disturbance at night.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me; it was just a few steps away from the bus station and a large supermarket. , the hotel was surrounded by lush mango trees and colorful birds making it a peaceful island of green amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The swimming pool was divine, especially with the hot climate.
The nearby venues were very noisy on Saturday night, making it hard to sleep even with earplugs. the mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable.
